Postage & Packaging

At Earthy Crunch UK, we take great care to ensure your parcel reaches you safely, while staying true to our commitment to the planet.

🚚 Shipping Method

We ship globally using Royal Mail Tracked services for all edible clay and crunchy goods. Postage costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Note: Some restrictions may still apply based on local import laws. Please check your country’s customs rules if unsure.

📦 Dispatch Days

We process and dispatch orders on:

• Mondays

• Thursdays

• Saturdays

Orders placed the day before or on a dispatch day will be included in the next batch. Orders placed in between will be held and shipped on the following scheduled dispatch day.

☀️ Holiday Breaks

If the shop is temporarily closed for a holiday or break, an announcement will be posted on our website and social media pages. Any orders placed during this time will be packed and shipped as soon as we’re back in action.

🌱 Earth-Conscious Packaging

We’re serious about sustainability. That’s why every parcel is packed using eco-conscious, plastic-free materials—always recyclable and often reusable. We avoid plastic and unnecessary packaging wherever possible to reduce waste.

Because our products are fragile by nature, minor breakage can sometimes occur in transit. We do our best to protect each item, but we always choose planet over plastic.

To make your unboxing extra special (and just a little bit fancy), we include a branded wooden spoon in every order—because crunchy clay deserves classy tools.

⏳ Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by region and Royal Mail handling:

• UK: 2 – 4 working days

• Europe: 5 – 10 working days

• Rest of World: 7 – 15 working days

These are general estimates—please allow for delays during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country. Once a parcel leaves our hands, delivery times are ultimately at the discretion of the courier however you are able to track it's entire journey.

All merch items are made to order. Please allow:

• Up to 3 working days for production

• Delivery (after dispatch):

  • UK: 3 – 5 working days

  • Europe: 5 – 10 working days

  • International: 10 – 20 working days

Actual delivery may vary depending on location, customs, or local courier services.

Please note: Merch is fulfilled separately and will arrive in a different parcel from any clay or earthy item orders.
