2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations

We now ship globally using Royal Mail Tracked services. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your parcel’s size, weight, and destination.

While we aim to deliver worldwide, some restrictions may apply due to local customs regulations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we may not be able to ship there at this time.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are packed and dispatched on the following days:

• Mondays

• Thursdays

• Saturdays

Orders placed the day before or on these dispatch days will be included in the next outgoing batch. Orders placed in between will be sent on the next scheduled dispatch day.

Packaging

We’re committed to sustainable, earth-friendly packaging. All orders are packed discreetly using plastic-free, recyclable, or reusable materials wherever possible.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, some minor breakage may occur—but we proudly choose planet over plastic.
