We recommend using the stash boxes available on our website, which are designed to keep your items neatly organised and protected. Avoid handling the clays with wet hands, and use the wooden spoon included with your order for a cleaner, more luxurious experience. If your treats come in resealable packaging, be sure to press the seal firmly closed after each use. Proper care will help preserve texture, taste, and crunch for maximum enjoyment.
Delivery + Returns
We offer fast, tracked delivery via Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof of the issue. Some breakage is expected due to the fragility of the items. If you prefer to guarantee minimal or no breakage, please be sure to include premium packaging with your order.
