Details

Diamond Clay is a bold, cement-forward edible clay prized for its powerful crunch and deep mineral character. Naturally harvested from mineral-rich Indian soil, this clay delivers a firm, satisfying snap that stays crunchy right through to the finish. The chunks are dry and medium-dense, breaking down gradually into a smooth, pleasant paste that feels controlled rather than gummy. Some batches may lightly cling to the teeth, adding to the classic clay-eating experience many enthusiasts enjoy.

Its flavour profile is unapologetically cementy — rich, earthy, and mineral-driven, with subtle metallic undertones and a distinctive damp-basement aroma when wet. There’s a grounding depth to Diamond Clay that evokes wet concrete, stone, and rain-soaked earth, making it a favourite among seasoned clay lovers who crave strong, no-nonsense earth flavours with a lasting crunch.

Storage Tips

To keep your clays and treats fresh, crunchy, and full of flavour, always store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture, humidity, and strong odours. Exposure to air or dampness can alter both texture and taste.

We highly recommend using our stash boxes, available on the website — designed specifically to protect and organise your clay collection with ease.

Handling Guidelines

  • clean, dry hands

Fragility Disclaimer

All clay treats and terracotta pot products are handmade and naturally fragile, making them susceptible to breakage during delivery.

While we take great care in packing each item securely, minor cracks, chips, or crumbled pieces may occur. This is a natural part of working with handcrafted clays and does not affect taste or enjoyment.
